Introduction: Transgender individuals experiencing homelessness face multiple daily social vulnerabilities, with oral health often being a neglected aspect. Objective: To identify, based on scientific literature, the correlations between quality of life, substance dependence, and oral health among homeless transgender people. Methodology: An integrative literature review was conducted using the PubMed, SciELO, and BVS databases, with the descriptors: transgender, quality of life, substance dependence, oral health, and homeless people. 16 articles were included according to inclusion criteria, such as thematic relevance, while 4 were excluded according to exclusion criteria, such as publications prior to 2000. Results: The analysis revealed a scarcity of studies simultaneously addressing the five thematic axes. However, social exclusion, stigma, and the use of psychoactive substances were strongly associated with poor quality of life and poor oral health conditions in this population. Conclusion: The findings highlight a significant gap in scientific production regarding the oral health of homeless transgender individuals, reinforcing the need for intersectoral and inclusive public policies.
